Our mergers and acquisitions and private equity expertise is widely recognized.

Our multidisciplinary know-how allows us to create dedicated teams to structure M&A transactions, carry out audit of targets, negotiate and draft contracts, and ensure the successful completion of transactions. M&A transactions are also analyzed and structured having regard to their social, tax and intellectual property consequences. We also monitor potential foreign-investments controls in France and merger control filings.
